It is during that concert that she realized she was meant to be a great singer in the history of the US singers of all time. Success soon followed her. She became a member of the group 3LW and got signed to Epic Records. As a band, their songs like ‘No More’ topped the charts. She is believed to have shed more than 22 pounds just within two months.
She would work out three to four times a week with her trainer, and then the rest of the days she would work out at home based on the routine given by her trainer. In total, she used to work out five days a week. Following a circuit type of training, with no to minimal breaks in between, the intense workout made her sweat a lot and in turn, melted away those chunks of fat glued to her body.
Nutrition was given equal importance in her weight loss program. It is said that weight is lost in the kitchen and it surely did without any ambiguity. She would follow a high protein meal to keep her full for the whole day and keep the hunger pangs at bay.
She consumed two plant-based protein drinks during the entire day- one at night and the other before bed. Her lunch and breakfast were composed of everyday items without being very complex. Her pre-workout meals consisted of yogurt and cashews. Apart from that, she also loved to poke salads and eggs and avocado toast as either snacks or breakfast.
